We understand the anxiety and frustration associated with dental emergencies. Most often, dental emergencies are the result of injury to the teeth, gums, or jaw. In addition to injuries, an abscess, toothache, or infection can cause pain, swelling, or fever. At Virginia Center for Advanced Dentistry, these cases are considered high priority and we do our best to handle them as promptly as possible, usually the same day.
